What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the time you signed up and which form you used.

Why

To send you launch news, early access and your signup discount. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@boilingsnow.com.

Who processes it

Emails are stored and sent with Klaviyo, Inc., which acts as our data processor. Klaviyo may transfer data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
